We purchased the chair in December of 2024, and wanted to wait a little while before writing a review. The main reason for this chair was my wife was having sleep problems. I also have sciatica on the lower right side of my back. This chair has improved both of our problems dramatically. There are so many features but, we like using the ‘Quick’, followed by the ‘Stretch’ and then the ‘Night’ programs especially in the evening. In the morning I like using the ‘Morning’ program which perks me up before starting the day. And I have tried many of the other options that are manual. Also, the fact that we live in Boulder County where the main headquarters is, we have the opportunity of visiting the store and getting more educated about the chair. The staff has been so supportive and always eager to assist us. My wife and I feel that our lives have been improved health wise and we have not had any regrets about purchasing the chair.

This chair gets into all the nooks and crannies. I’ve had this chair for 4 years now and use it every night. There are built in blue tooth speakers, aromatherapy, motion activated night lights and more. I got the extended warranty and needed service. Their tech support is very helpful and they stand behind their product.

I am not sure where to start. This chair is loaded with features it would take me all day to write them here. First, customer service is top notch. I’ve had my chair for 4 years and get lots of relief. I had some warranty issues, but the company took care of those. It takes some time from me as they want pictures and/or videos before they send a tech. I understand the reason is few technician trips and the chair gets fixed on the first visit. The side swing doors are definitely a plus. Makes getting in and out so much easier. If any part of the massage is too intense, there are adjustments and pads included to ease the intensity. This thing has bluetooth speakers to play your favorite music or relaxing sounds. It also has an air ionizer and aromatherapy capsules you plug into the headrest for added relaxation. In the door is a USB jack to plug in your phone. The only downside here is, it does not seem to be a fast charger. I’ve had problems with my sciatic radiating down my leg. A few days on this chair and that issue is no more. The head rest will gently stretch your neck like they do in therapy with a little traction. There are a lot of moving parts and electronics, so I recommend contacting the manufacturer for their extended warranty plan.

The OHCO M.8 massage chair has one of the best massage quality and feel of any chair I have owned. The feel is nearly identical to a massage therapist and the heating is the best of any chair I have ever used(25+chairs). I highly recommend the OHCO M.8!

The only concern I had is that my first replacement part was apparently refurbished. I identified worn rollers and refused the part. It was replaced with a new part and no issues. I have noticed at the 5 year mark some deterioration in the seat padding. Overall, I’m still happy with the chair’s performance.

We’ve had the chair for about a month and I have enjoyed the functions. We figured out still more to learn but everybody in the family want to time in the chair. The technology in this chair is 100% better than the older chair we had. From start to finish it was very easy the individuals we worked with did a great job explaining things.

I was not sure what chair i wanted seeing how there are 100S on the market and i am the look up everything and all the stats type of person when i get something that i really want.I decide to go with the OCHO m.8 it has the most features on a massage chair and truth be told i tested about 20 in stores and this was one of the only ones that had air bags on the top of my shoulders and a head rest massage and could hit all the hard spots i needed the chair to do.I am so glad i went with the m8 that i got at mattress express in NY a authorized gallery for furniture For Life the sales man was very knowledgeable and knew everything all the chairs could do he was a lot better than the few other places we went to look at chairs were they only no how to turn them on.I would recommend FFL s OCHO M.8 MASSAGE CHAIR and Mattress Express To all my friends and family. I purchased my OHCO M.8 a couple weeks before lower back surgery. I started using it a couple of weeks after surgery on the low and air features, which, based on my doctor’s surprise of rapid healing, I really believed aided me in the healing process. I’m up to MAX status, using the massager at least once a day, and am loving the results. My movement and posture have significantly improved. Thank you.

I’m frugal, just starting with that right off the bat. I’m the slowest to pull a buck out of my wallet and I don’t buy toys. That being said, curiosity got the best of me when I passed the showroom and saw the M8. I had to ask some, well a lot of questions about everything from why in the heck would anybody put doors on a chair to why would anybody pay money for a massage chair. Of course I had the opportunity to sit in a chair while I asked all my questions. As I’ve slowly started nearing 60, I thought I noticed a little ache here and there. However I didn’t think much of it UNTIL, these aches started to get massaged out with the air pillows, heat, and heated rollers that caused my body to melt into bliss. However, it wasn’t about me, I was thinking of my dear bride of, well several decades. She has been recently recovering from a bobsled accident (who says grandma’s can’t have fun?) with several rods and pins leaving her stiff and sore most of the time. Although she can out walk me in any mall, I caught up with her and told her to give one of these volkswagons a try. The bliss I felt from the chair didn’t compare with the look of total relaxation she portrayed when her massage was done. It’s still a pretty early in our purchase but I have zero regrets about purchasing my zero gravity shiatsu master. We use the chair in the morning, sometimes after work, and again before bed. Best of all, we don’t have to make an appointment.

My wife and I both absolutely love the M8 series and usually argue over who gets to sit in or first!! My favorite is the stress relief massage!!

The chair does a good job overall massaging all areas of the body. It utilizes multiple massage techniques on different body areas to provide a thorough massage that leaves you feeling like you have been hand massaged from your head to your feet. It also offers many different options/programs for total body massages or pinpointed massages to address any area. The only thing that gave us reservation was the price of the chair. Beyond that, we love our OHCO massage chair!

The OHCO M.8 was my first massage chair purchase. And I believe it’ll be my last because this thing is so well built that I don’t believe I’ll out-live it! The side-opening doors are great for my friends that visit that need extra help getting into the chair. I really like how you just press 2 buttons and your off with a nice relaxing, full body massage that lasts less than 20 minutes. I use my OHCO every day, sometimes twice a day. (And, of course, I allow my wife and kid to use it when they need to!). I turn on my Bluetooth connected music on my cellphone and I’m off to wonderland! You guys have earned my admiration…a GREAT product…well worth the money.

The M.8 provides all the features you need and the massage results are great. It offers advanced features that create a wonderful and relaxing experience that is able to help sooth aches and pains. It is great as a start to the day, and a wonderful way to wind down before bed at night. The motion-sensing lights at the base are elegant and help build the spa experience in a dark room. The quality of the chair is fantastic. Fit and finish are better than many furniture pieces and automobiles. This chair is quiet and powerful. In the first 90 days has had hundreds of uses and it has not loosened up or began squeaking or growning, but rather it is performing like day 1. The M.8 is an investment and we are happy we stepped up into this model.

We love the chair!

This has got to be one of the better massage chairs I have tried out there. I have a friend who has an infinity massage chair, and I feel like the OHCO M.8 has a better performance overall. One thing that I like about the OHCO is the size. I am about 5’9 not tall by any standards, and most of my family are either at my height or shorter. The chair fits me snuggly which is a much welcome thing as most chairs are too big or wide. Yes they serve the purpose of accommodating taller people, but it leaves shorter people or those who are slimmer to much wiggle room and not really get a good position in the chair. The OHCO is just right and you can definitely feel the stretch and pressure much more. The massage settings are great, the deep massages are effective, I use it almost every day, sometimes 2-3 times as it really helps me relax and de-stress myself. The only thing I wish it had more of is the heat that it provides. The heating element is mainly felt on your very low back and hamstrings, and nowhere else. The arms and upper back where you should be feeling it as well is almost non existent. I don’t know if something is wrong with my unit or if this done by design, but it leaves much to be desired if you’re into having those warm massages. Overall, I think this is a solid massage chair. But it can still improve in some areas. Adding a wireless charger and a better controller user interface would be a welcome improvement. And ofcourse, the heating element. Hence I gave it 4 stars. But dont think twice to get this one cause it is worth every penny!
