The Panasonic MAN2 features the latest generation of the RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. massage mechanism. Unequivocally the most precise and versatile massage mechanism on the market, the RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. mechanism goes beyond seamlessly moving in 3D space and authentically delivering a wide range of massage styles. By drawing real-time data from sensors, it checks and adjusts the pressure applied to your muscles over 100 times per minute to ensure the massage program is executed flawlessly. And with A.I. tension sensing, the choreography and intensity of the massage is customized for each user’s unique needs at the time of the massage.

Panasonic MAN2’s intelligent massage changes as you do. Your body is different every day...and during different parts of each day. Your massage should be, too. Using Electrodermal Activity (EDA) readings from the palm sensor, the Panasonic MAN2 conducts a tension and stiffness scan, assessing tension and stiffness along key points of your neck, shoulders, and back. This personalized tension profile automatically adjusts the massage treatment provided by the RealPro® with pinpoint accuracy for each muscle group. Whether you’re tighter today through your shoulders or more tense in your mid-back, the Panasonic MAN2 recognizes the difference and responds accordingly - delivering a tailored massage based on how your body feels in the moment.

Integrated rapid-heating technology applies comforting warmth directly to the back of your knees, where major blood vessels quickly carry the warmth throughout your entire lower body - soothing and loosening muscles to complement your massage. Additionally, an air cell located behind the knee activates the BL-40 acupressure point to relieve pain in the lower back and legs, and improve blood flow. It also provides therapeutic stretch and traction motions.

Panasonic’s unique take on the SL-track features an open angle between the seat and back to allow for both a great stretch, similar to an S-track, and the extended massage range of an L-track, reaching from the neck to upper-hamstrings.

The combination of proprietary massage mechanism design and advanced choreography allows the MAN2 to treat piriformis syndrome and other sciatic nerve pain better than any other massage chair. By targeting the small but important piriformis muscle, the MAN2 alleviates pain, tingling, and numbness in the buttocks and legs caused by pressure on the sciatic nerve.

The RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. massage mechanism locates 6,136 individual points on your neck, back, and buttocks, creating a virtual map so that it can perform the correct movements with the right amount of pressure for each part of your body. No other massage mechanism performs a more precise scan or delivers a massage that is more customized for you.

The MAN2 features enlarged air cells covering the hips and thighs to provide wide-coverage compression massage and stabilize the lower body as the RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. mechanism massages the lower back and buttocks.

The RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. mechanism constantly feeds information to the chair’s Position and Force Microprocessor, adjusting massage movements based on this real-time feedback. This responsiveness allows the MAN2 to faithfully replicate the intricate kneading movements of a human massage therapist.

Infrared-heated massage rollers generate soothing warmth to help relax sore, tense muscles. With heating elements located directly on the massage roller assembly, the MAN2 delivers point-specific heat you’d expect to feel from the thumbs and palms of a massage therapist’s hands.

A fusion of cutting-edge technology and reflexology techniques delivers deep massage therapy to the soles of your feet. Full coverage air cells hold your foot in place as the foot mechanism replicates the hand movements of a professional reflexologist. Capable of plantar arch-manipulating massage, sole kneading, and sole shiatsu, the 3D sole mechanism can adjust intensity to suit your mood and your needs.

By blending the RealPro Ultra 5D A.I. functions with full-body air cell coverage and the unique Panasonic SL-track, the MAN2 delivers an impressive suite of stretching movements. These powerfully therapeutic motions (which you can selectively add to the chair’s programmed sessions) mobilize the spine, promote relaxation, and improve the flexibility of the lower back, middle back, and neck. The MAN2’s stretching techniques are perfect for post-workout relaxation or to shake off sleep and stiffness as a morning rejuvenation session. The MAN2 offers eight dedicated stretching sessions: Neck, Pelvis, Chest, Leg, Upper Spine, Lower Spine, Thigh, and Core.
