We bought this chair from John with Healing Touch in Plano, Texas. John was so helpful and patient with us during the whole process of testing out all the different types of massage chairs. We finally went with this one and the whole family absolutely loves it. I workout everyday and it is nice to be able to get a choice of massage on my body. I do wish there was a way to save your favorite settings on the remote. Otherwise the chair is awesome.

The DCore Cirrus, with Walnut Wood Trim, is just a beautiful chair and awesome design. It looks beautiful in my house and not a big eyesore like all of the other massage chairs.
This does a very good job of deep tissue massage. It is a high intensity chair and the special shiatsu massage movement is a very impressive feature. Does a very good job on the calves and the arms with the massage rollers. The feeling of the arms and calves is something that I’ve never experienced in any other massage chair. Takes up a lot of room (but so did the other massage chairs I considered).

This massage chair gives an awesome deep tissue massage and well worth the price of admission to have a personal masseuse available 24/7 365 days of the year.
Exemplary customer service!! I had a relatively minor problem after my chair was delivered. I notified customer service and they were not only responsive but gave extraordinary attention and follow up to this again minor issue. They could’ve just not responded or downplayed it, but they did the opposite. Highly recommended. A plus plus
