Walked into their store in Castle Rock CO by pure chance. Tried out all of their chairs and was impressed. the cost was a bit high so I thought I would shop around. I did and found pricing less than Furniture for Life and also the quality and options were also less. Decided on the Dual Tech with White Glove delivery and have not once had a second thought. The quality, warranty and options totally sold me. I am in this chair twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. This chair has definitionally improved the quality of my day and of my sleep as well. Put in a service call for the heat in the chair and waiting for a call back. Not sure if everything was hooked up correctly or if there is an issue. I am very confident that this issue will be resolved quickly. Do yourself a solid and make the investment into your health and well being. AAA+++

We Love, love, absolutely love our positive posture massage chair which we selected to purchase. We have had a different brand massage chair for 10 years (purchased at a different store). I did not like our old one because it left me hurting afterwards. NOT the Positive Posture massage chair. I get off this massage chair feeling great. I look forward to my massage chair time daily. Same with my husband. Even my friends want to use it when they visit. It’s easy to use. Many, many options how to get a massage. Preprogrammed or manual choices. It’s up to you how you want to get your massage. My shoulder/Neck problem went away after one month of use. I could slowly feel it getting better and now it’s gone. The preprogrammed Neck and Shoulder setting helped with that.
You can actually get massaged from head to toe depending on your selection. Massage strength and its intensity are all up to your preference.
I can honestly without hesitation recommend this great massage chair. Also looks great in our basement.

I have tried a number of massage chairs in my life and I think this DualTech Massage chair is one of the best ones out there! Because they have two separate roller mechanics, you truly feel both the upper and the lower body massaged thoroughly. I also love the strong airbag arm massage system on this chair. My forearm and hands can feel the strong pressure and it feels amazing. There are different preprogrammed courses and my favorites are Full Body, Stretch and Feet & Calves.
