If you want deep tissue, this is the bomb. The feet are also SUPER- intense, but it feels amazing. If you like a soft massage, this chair will make you scream…so make sure you really want something very firm before you choose this chair. I was told in the store that this was the best for deep tissue, and I have to agree. It’s a great chair if you find pleasure in pain 🙂
I wanted a firm massage, this does it, but the neck rollers don’t go close enough together to touch my neck (must be designed for wider necks), I would even like them to be closer together on my back. The hip and thigh air bags are weak and I have wide hips. The shoulder air bags don’t touch me. The arm air bags are decent but made for longer arms because in order to insert my arms correctly I need to lean forward and then my back isn’t touching. It’s really disappointing because for the high intensity I would like, you need the airbags to hold you in place, and these don’t. Obviously the stretch functions don’t do anything at all for me. The rollers also should go lower so they can massage at least the glutes if not the hamstrings. I also wish you could save more than 3 massages in the quick starts. Also I would like to select longer programs, all the default ones are less than 20 minutes and then you need to choose another.

I like a lot, but too strong for my wife even though I put on the lowest strength settings. fyi, Costco has chairs with more features and less money. I bought because I used to have a Panasonic chair, but the technology is falling behind.
